SBA website has all of the latest news. As of this writing 4/16/2020 the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)and the SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) have been stopped due to lack of funding. As of 4/17/2020 Wells Fargo has notified their PPP applicants to fill out the forms even though the money has stopped for right now. Wells Fargo suggested filling out both the EIDL and the PPP, and checking the SBA site for other options.
