Social Media Committee Chair
The Social Media Committee Chair is a one year position who report to the Oregon Board of Director. The social media committee oversees the chapter's social media outlets (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook). The chairperson of this committee will serve as a coordinator.
Emerging Professional Affairs Committee Chair
This Chair’s primary responsibility is to ensure that programming of value to emerging professionals—recent graduates and Allied members new to the profession—is provided. It is preferred that a practitioner member classified as an emerging professional (an Allied or Professional member in their first five years of practice), serve as the Chair. This position may be best filled by a former student leader. The Emerging Professional Affairs Chair should correspond with his/her Emerging Professional Advisory Council (EPAC) assigned representative throughout the year.
Student Chapter President
The president is responsible for running the student chapter. His or her focus is to facilitate the creation of programs of interest for the student chapter members. Represent the student chapter membership—it is the job of the student chapter president to represent the student members of the chapter at all times and to attend professional chapter meetings.
